Hi, I’m Elad Barkay, the founder of LUMINIX.
I have extensive experience managing projects in various sectors, including IT and R&D.
During my time at ADAMA, I led key initiatives, including the implementation of a global project management software used by hundreds of users across dozens of countries. Additionally, I developed an R&D dashboard that displayed targets alongside progress. These systems significantly increased project visibility, improving efficiency and team collaboration.
At Amdocs, I led the implementation of development management software using AGILE in a SCRUM methodology, within a global development team of about 45 members. The implementation was done in sprints, with business requirements prioritized based on evolving needs.
